Have anyone heard of walking in shape of EIGHT is good for health? Do you believe just walking cures many problems in us? But its true, walking in shape of eight have many benefits. It is a natural therapy for many problems in us. And also it is very simple to do and anyone can do it ranging from 10 year boy/girl to 100 year old grannies.

I’m very surprised that walking in shape of eight has this much of amazing results and I’m experiencing it too! Instead of walking in a straight path walk in a curved path, the result will be different. By giving a try you won’t lose anything but after some period of time you will say wow…….
